Clickpad is an AI property intelligence platform. It maps every space and asset in a building into a permanent, searchable record — then layers AI-powered operations, maintenance, and vendor management on top of it.
Buildings lose their own history. Service records live in a departed manager's inbox, warranty paperwork sits in a filing cabinet, and the reason a chiller failed three years ago is knowledge that walked out the door. Every ownership change resets the clock. We built Clickpad because that institutional memory is one of the most valuable assets a property has, and almost nobody was keeping it.
Clickpad keeps it. Every repair, inspection, failure, and cost is logged to the asset itself and stays there — through staff turnover, management changes, and the sale of the building.
What we build
Four things, working as one system.
Permanent asset memory
Every space, system, and asset in a building is mapped into a searchable record — with its service history, warranties, and cost data attached. The record outlives staff turnover, management changes, and ownership: when the building sells, its full history transfers with it.
AI Copilot
An assistant that answers questions about the building, drafts work orders, summarises maintenance history, and flags anomalies. Included in every plan, on every property.
Predictive maintenance
Live IoT and sensor feeds trigger alerts before equipment fails, and assets approaching end-of-life are flagged so repairs are scheduled instead of discovered.
Operations and vendor command
Issues are reported by QR or NFC scan, WhatsApp, or SMS — no app, no login — then routed automatically to the right vendor or team, with scoped portal access and sign-off required before invoicing.
